REFUND POLICY

ALL PURCHASES AND SALES ARE FINAL

After the item is shipped out we can no longer provide a refund, please read product descriptions thoughtfully.

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered by courier.

We are not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages.

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it in exchange for a replacement or refund minus any shipping cost we have incurred.

Any item that is returned must be unused. If there is any sign of wear or any tags removed, the goods will be sent back to the customer and the customer must bear the cost of reshipping.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
