PRE-MADE / PRE-ORDER

PRE-MADE items are usually shipped in 1-3 days upon purchase.

PRE-ORDER items are usually shipped in 5-7 weeks upon purchase.

Please understand the design + manufacturing process along with the quality of what we produce is an important foundation of DARNELLDEPARTMENT. Your time is valued.

Each product description has an estimated timeframe in which the item will ship. This refers to how long it takes for us to hand your package over to our courier. We are dedicated to keeping to this timeframe and if we miss it, customers are entitled to a discount codes or free items.

We use different courier services, each takes slightly different amounts of time to deliver. These delivery times are only an estimate and we are not responsible for any delays while in transit. We will, however, help customers make contact with our couriers if there are any delays.
